Job Description

The Executive Assistant will manage the Regional President's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel. They will prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing communications, managing projects, and tracking key initiatives. The Executive Assistant will also serve as a liaison, facilitate communication within the executive team, and handle sensitive information with discretion. This hybrid position requires in-person work at a TU office for at least two days a week, and the candidate should have experience supporting C-level executives.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

What You'll Bring:

Impact You'll Make:

  • Manage the calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Plan and coordinate executive events, including conferences, and social gatherings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Assist in managing and prioritizing projects and tasks.
  • Track progress on key initiatives and provide regular updates to the Regional President.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Regional President and other executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the executive team.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
