Executive Assistant Support Internship

Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics, with around 2.600 employees. From the latest adaptive lighting technologies to intuitive interior lighting solutions to stylish and design-centric external lighting, Valeo constantly innovates to improve comfort and safety for drivers and passengers alike.

Valeo is offering an Internship program to support with the travel organization with the following tasks:

• Collaborating in the booking of trains, flights, rental cars, ferries, and hotels via Egencia.

• Assisting HR with hotel reservations in Martos.

• Supporting the comparison of travel options to ensure cost-effective and suitable choices.

• Providing backup support for the travel coordinator during vacation periods.

• Assisting with the daily update of the travel calendar.

• Supporting Valeo staff during their business trips.

• Collaborating in the preparation and review of travel TARs during coordinator absences.

• Managing last-minute travel issues such as missed flights or trains.

• Assit the assignment of taxi drivers and managing fleet vehicle allocation.

• Recording taxi mileage for payment processing.

• Assisting in the organization of transport solutions for staff.

• Coordinating the reservation and preparation of meeting rooms in the Division building.

• Booking VIP canteen rooms for client and staff meals.

• Ensuring proper setup for client visits.

• Updating Excel files related to client gifts, HSE data, vehicle fleet records, and visits.

• Assisting in the verification of taxi service invoices.

To be able to be selected for this internship, you need to fulfill the next requirements:

• Tourism Degree.

• Professionalism and transparency.

• Geographical mobility.

• Passion for the automotive industry.

• B2 English level is required - Mandatory
