Job Description
Ness Digital Engineering is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their team. The role involves developing customized solutions using Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Design System. Key responsibilities include coding, performing unit testing, building scalable and performant Salesforce applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining and optimizing existing implementations, and contributing to the entire software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will stay updated with Salesforce best practices to drive innovation.
Must have:
- Develop customized solutions using Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Design System
- Code, perform unit testing, and build scalable Salesforce applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient solutions
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations
- Contribute to the software development lifecycle
- Extensive experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Lightning Components)
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security features
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good to have:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II certifications
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Media Cloud
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end customization

Requirements And ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do
- Develop customized solutions using Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Design System.
- Code, perform unit testing, and build Salesforce applications while ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project objectives and design efficient solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations, resolving technical issues and enhancing functionality.
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Stay updated with Salesforce updates, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Flows and Lightning Components.
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security features.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Salesforce environments.
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II are preferred
- Position for contractors only, parttime work for 4 months.
- Location: Slovakia or Romania
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Media Cloud offerings.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end customization within Salesforce.
