Finance and Operations Assistant

Vi is looking for a strategic and driven FP&A to oversee FP&A, customer agreements, revenue operations, and legal compliance. This pivotal role requires accurate financial planning, smooth contract execution, and billing efficiency, and works closely with sales, legal, customer success, and accounting.

Finance

• Record and categorize transactions (in NetSuite or other ERP)
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Manage AP/AR (accounts payable/receivable)
• Generate and send invoices
• Track collections and follow up on overdue accounts

Customer Operations

• Prepare and send customer contracts for e-signature (e.g., through DocuSign or PandaDoc)
• Ensure all customer documents are complete and recorded
• Maintain CRM data hygiene if tied to sales ops

Admin/Ops

• Support audit prep or monthly close checklists
• Coordinate with external accounting or legal partners as needed
• Assist with internal tools or system admin (e.g., Salesforce/Netsuite/SaaS platforms)

• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar finance and operations role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced company.
• Proficiency in NetSuite – day-to-day transactional use, reporting, and navigation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce – working with sales/finance-related workflows and data management.
• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration / Economics
• Hebrew -Full professional proficiency (written and verbal).
• Location – New York City: Candidates must be based in NYC or able to commute regularly to the office.

• Experience with additional tools such as Bill.com, Expensify, or similar expense/reporting systems.
• Previous work in finance or operations roles at tech companies or startups.
• Familiarity with U.S. accounting or bookkeeping standards.
