Game Operations Manager in Shanghai is responsible for the overall operational success of a game. Responsibilities include managing game launches, monitoring game performance, analyzing player data, and implementing strategies to improve player engagement and retention. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with game analytics platforms, and a passion for games. The manager will collaborate with various teams (development, marketing, customer support) to ensure a smooth and positive player experience. They will also track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and propose and implement solutions to optimize game performance and profitability.
