Job Description
CRED is seeking an Operations Excellence professional to lead the development of scalable operational tools and systems by collaborating with engineering and product teams. The role involves owning and driving the strategic onboarding of new business verticals, leading complex cross-functional projects, and conducting deep-dive analysis of operational data. You will influence cross-functional decisions through reporting, develop and oversee performance metrics, and lead root cause analyses for critical operational issues. The position also requires acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and managing, developing, and mentoring a high-performing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Fintech operations and a proven ability to execute tactical plans.
Must have:
- 5-10 years of experience in strategic operations management
- Extensive experience in Fintech Operations
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies
- Proven experience in senior roles like Senior Product Manager or Operational Strategy Lead
- Strategic thinking with exceptional execution ability
- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
- Exceptional ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic projects

what will you do:
- leading the development of scalable operational tools and systems by collaborating with engineering and product teams to strategize, design, and implement solutions that align with business goals
- own and drive the strategic onboarding of new business verticals into operations, including comprehensive planning, resource allocation, cross-functional coordination, and evaluation of performance outcomes
- lead complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- lead deep-dive analysis of operational data for Campaign, Payment and Cash operations to uncover strategic insights, forecast operational trends, identify risks, and propose improvements
- influence cross functional decisions through insightful reporting and recommendations
- develop and oversee performance metrics, implementing comprehensive governance processes
- lead root cause analyses for critical operational issues, developing sustainable and impactful solutions
- act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders across various departments, aligning operational processes with long-term business objectives and strategic initiatives
- manage, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, creating a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth
you should apply if you:
- possess 5-10 years of experience in strategic operations management
- have extensive experience in Fintech Operations
- demonstrate advanced proficiency in data analytics tools, systems, and methodologies
- have proven experience in senior roles such as senior product manager, senior program manager, or operational strategy lead within a Fintech environment
- exhibit strategic thinking with an exceptional ability to execute tactical plans
- have proven experience in process improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
- demonstrate exceptional ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic projects.
