The Global Returns Associate will deliver world-class customer service by efficiently managing inbound returns and ensuring accurate order completion. Responsibilities include utilizing strong analytical skills, exceptional organization, and clear communication to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. They will function as the quality administrative representative, provide accurate information using appropriate processes and tools, build subject matter expertise, act as an individual contributor for process improvements, and maintain quality databases like Jira and Confluence. They may also develop, assemble, and implement testing or data recovery equipment, and participate in special projects important to the Global Returns Team.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years administrative experience with programs like SAP
  • Good sense of root cause analysis and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Experience in Reverse logistics

Deliver world-class customer service by efficiently managing inbound returns and ensuring accurate order completion. Leverage strong analytical skills, exceptional organization, and clear communication to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Function as the quality administrative representative to Global Returns.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right processes/tools
  • Build and maintain subject matter expertise of Axon processes and solutions related to this role
  • Act as an individual contributor in the development of process improvements
  • Maintain Quality Databases used, such as Jira and Confluence
  • Develop, Assemble and implement testing or data recovery equipment needed for Axon Products
  • May also be involved in other special projects important to the Global Returns Team. 

What You'll Bring

  • 1-2 years administrative experience with programs like SAP, D365, or other warehouse management systems.
  • Good sense of root cause analysis and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Experience in Reverse logistics
  • This role is based full time at our warehouse in Melbourne
