About the Role
Head of Client Funding, Reporting & Referrals Experience is responsible for optimising the local client experience in Client Funding, Reporting & Referrals Experience, both digital and non-digital, reporting to the Local Head of Mission Control. This role serves as the single point of contact for communication and information sharing between global and local teams, advocating for journey interests and ensuring seamless operations across both journeys.
Client Funding Experience Overview
Focuses on guiding clients through an intuitive funding and platform discovery process, improving ease and efficiency of funding and withdrawals.
Ensures a fast and intuitive platform discovery and setup process by identifying key steps to ‘getting started’ for each persona, enhancing client journeys with local knowledge and market practices.
Reporting & Referrals Experience Overview
Dedicated to tracking performance and accessing risk tools to grow and preserve wealth, offering intuitive portfolio satisfaction reports and risk management tools.
Facilitates clear and timely corporate actions information and intuitive stock transfers, encouraging referrals by ensuring client satisfaction with profits and the Saxo experience.
Responsibilities:
Communication and Collaboration: Act as the liaison between global and local teams, promoting journey interests and ensuring alignment of local priorities with global capacity. Collaborate with Institutional & Other Local Journey Owners to support all client types.
Client Journey Enhancement: Implement global rollouts and locally identified improvements, applying insights from dashboards to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators to drive enhancements.
Optimization Meetings: Run local meetings to prioritise initiatives and align with HQ and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of tasks based on analysis and learnings.
Compliance and Business Requirements: Ensure local client experience adheres to compliance guidelines and local standards, contributing to business requirements, UAT, and translations for local flows.
Payment Operations: Support local RMs, clients, and relevant functions by understanding global payment procedures and rules.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
5-8 years of relevant experience in client journey/business management, ideally within the financial services industry.
Strong analytical skills for data analysis and performance metrics.
Project management expertise, including running optimization meetings and managing initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to communicate with stakeholders and partners from other offices.
Familiarity with compliance guidelines and local AML/Compliance requirements.
Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
Client-centric mindset with a focus on enhancing client experiences.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications in project management or data analysis are advantageous.
Continuous professional development in client experience or journey management.
Japan Securities Dealers Association (JSDA), Sales Representative – Level 1, 2 certifications will be a big plus
