Job Summary
Job Description
Virtuos, a leading video game development company, seeks an HR Intern in Shanghai, China. Responsibilities include supporting training preparation (scheduling, materials, equipment, feedback collection), assisting with training recording/editing and material uploads, maintaining Virtuos.net training information, translating documents, filing and archiving, assisting with company events (birthdays, annual events, outings), and providing general HR support. The ideal candidate is a university student proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with strong English reading and writing skills, available for at least 2-3 days/week for a 3-month internship.

Responsibilities
- 支持培训准备及后续工作，包括预约培训室、签到表、设置培训室及设备、修改培训报名表、收集及翻译反馈等。
- 协助培训录制或编辑工作，培训期间拍摄培训照片。
- 协助维护Virtuos.net培训事宜，包括上传培训资料、视频、更新数据、制作证书图标等。
- 协助翻译简报中的季度培训文章。
- 负责培训文件归档及部分扫描复印工作。
- 协助公司每月的内部活动并提供行政支持，包括生日会、年会、郊游、电影等。
- 协助每月表彰活动拍摄照片及张贴和奖品发放
- 为HR相关问题提供其他临时支持工作
Qualifications
- 大学本科或研究生在读
- 熟悉Word/Excel/PPT等Office办公软件
- 良好的英文阅读和写作能力
- 每周至少出勤2-3天，持续实习3个月

About Our Team
The award-winning Virtuos Shanghai studio was founded in late 2004, the first of six game development studios located internationally and the former headquarters of the group before its relocation to Singapore in 2018.
Staffed by a multicultural group of talents, the studio specializes in providing full-stack game development and co-development services, including technical support for art and engineering. Virtuos Shanghai is also the base of operations for multiple Art teams working on the world’s top triple-A projects.
