2D Lead Artist

The 2D Lead Artist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of 2D art creation for a mobile game project. This includes establishing and maintaining the artistic style (Euro Truck Simulator inspired), ensuring high-quality output, and personally contributing to the art production. The role requires a strong understanding of the game development process, collaboration with other teams (planning, programming), and managing a team of artists. Responsibilities include style guidance, team skill development, progress monitoring, quality control, and maintaining the art development workflow. Experience with Unity or UE4 is a plus. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the mobile game industry with a proven track record of successful project completion.
