MMO Game Numerical Planner

This role involves designing, balancing, and optimizing game numerical systems for an MMO. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, development, art) to resolve numerical balance issues, establishing numerical planning standards and processes, tracking and analyzing in-game numerical data to ensure player satisfaction, and conducting competitor analysis and market research to inform product design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mathematics, statistics, or computer science, along with 3-5 years of experience in game numerical planning for successfully launched MMO titles. Proven skills in mathematical modeling, data analysis, and logical thinking are essential, along with proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel or Google Sheets). Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are a must.
