About the Role:

• Monitor QCD supplier relationship on his/her perimeter in line with QCD Target set by Non Production Purchasing Network and in accordance with Compliance and Ethical rules of the Group.

• Proposes and implements productivity actions in collaboration with the Segment Organisation. 

• Maintain their supplier panel and ensure Supplier information recorded in the systems (PuMa, SAP) is updated and accurate. 

• Performs RFQ, Negotiation and Ordering Process in compliance with instructions and procedures set by NPP Organization within e-procurement system.

• Make extensive usage of e-auctions

• Solves daily operational issues to answer internal customer need, and liaise/escalate when needed to the appropriate contact within the NPP Network (SSC Manager, Segment Leader…)

• Support and enforce dematerialization process

• Develop and Support usage of online catalogs  where appropriate.

What You Should Have:

• You should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or similar and related field.

• You have a minimum of 3 years experience in purchasing, preferably in building/rental agreements.
