The Jr. Sales Planner at Warner Bros. Discovery will support sales executives in developing media proposals based on client briefs. Responsibilities include analyzing client portfolios and market trends to propose revenue-increasing solutions for the advertising sales department. The role requires learning about digital and TV media, metrics, and WBD products and platforms. Collaboration with the team to resolve daily challenges is also key. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth in advertising, marketing, and market analysis, directly contributing to sales growth and client solution innovation within the advertising sales planning department, ensuring the company meets client needs effectively and aligns with organizational goals.

O departamento de Planejamento de Vendas Publicitárias desempenha um papel essencial e estratégico dentro da empresa, sendo responsável por otimizar e coordenar todas as atividades relacionadas à venda de mídia. Este cargo oferece uma excelente oportunidade para quem deseja desenvolver habilidades em publicidade, marketing e análise de mercado, contribuindo diretamente para o crescimento da área de vendas e inovação de soluções para os clientes. O departamento de Planejamento de Vendas Publicitárias tem um papel vital na definição e execução da estratégia de vendas publicitárias, garantindo que a empresa atenda às necessidades dos clientes de forma eficaz, inovadora e alinhada aos objetivos organizacionais.

Responsabilidades do cargo

  • Apoiar executivos de vendas e desenvolver propostas de mídia de acordo com os briefings dos clientes.
  • Analisar o portfólio de clientes e as tendências de mercado para propor soluções que aumentem a receita da área de vendas publicitárias.
  • Aprender sobre mídia (digital e tv), suas métricas e os produtos e plataformas da Warner Bros. Discovery.
  • Colaborar com a equipe, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre processos, ferramentas e resolvendo desafios do dia a dia.

Qualificações e Experiência

  • Interesse nas áreas de publicidade, marketing ou indústrias semelhantes.
  • Diploma ou experiência equivalente em publicidade, marketing ou área similar.
  • Capacidade de criar apresentações em PowerPoint claras e concisas, utilizando layouts que valorizem a informação.
  • Conhecimento geral na criação de planilhas no Excel.
  • Ingles intermediario
  • Conhecimento em métricas de mídia (ex: alcance, frequência, impressões, visualizações).

Diferenciais

  • Organização e habilidade para gerenciar múltiplas prioridades simultaneamente.
  • Noções de Photoshop.
  • Habilidade com design de apresentações em PPT.
