Job Description

Drive the growth of Amazon's business in Canada for CORSAIR. Lead QBRs, annual negotiations, and cultivate relationships with key Amazon stakeholders. Represent CORSAIR products effectively in internal and external presentations. Analyze business performance, enhance sales strategies, manage account profitability, and oversee order planning and inventory. Execute promotional activities, identify operational challenges, and develop solutions. Recognize new business opportunities and communicate effectively with internal and external teams. Regularly present business performance to leadership.
Must have:
  • 5+ years IT Sales/Product/Supply Chain/Account Management
  • Advanced Excel skills (charts, pivot tables, formulas)
  • PC Gaming/Hardware market knowledge
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal)
  • Negotiation and presentation skills

Job Description

  • Drive the growth and expansion of Amazon's business, contributing to the overall success of CORSAIR’s operations in Canada through strategic collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Lead the preparation and execution of successful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and annual term negotiations, in partnership with the Regional Sales Director.
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong, productive working relationship with key Amazon stakeholders.
  • Confidently represent CORSAIR products and align them with business objectives in both internal and external presentations.
  • Regularly analyze and assess business performance, leveraging insights to enhance sales strategies and outcomes.
  • Manage account profitability and ensure sustainable ordering patterns and consistent growth.
  • Oversee order planning and inventory management to maintain a healthy inventory position.
  • Execute on promotional activity aligned with marketing calendar to maximize revenue, coordination with cross-functional teams in marketing.
  • Identify operational challenges and proactively develop processes and solutions to address them.
  • Recognize new business opportunities within the account, including introducing additional CORSAIR brands to the Amazon marketplace.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external customers to ensure alignment and success.
  • Foster professional relationships both internally and externally, ensuring alignment with CORSAIR's core values and objectives.
  • Confidently present business performance regularly to Regional Sales Director and to the executive team.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Must be enthusiastic and dependable.
  • Bachelor’s level education is preferable.
  • Able to understand and communicate fluently in English.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain Management or Account Management
  • Advanced experience working with MS Office suite: advanced level ability in Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, lookups, formulas, power query using BI data to curate reports). Candidates may be asked to conduct an Excel Aptitude test during the interview process.
  • Experience and technical knowledge of the PC Gaming or PC Hardware market.
  • Possesses a passion for gaming and technology and is proactive in staying current on the latest products to market.
  • Well organized, process driven with ability to multitask fast and efficiently
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail with great accuracy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to articulate a point of view and negotiate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
