Job Summary
Paytm is seeking a Key Account Manager for its Oil & Gas team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves working with business clients and brands to manage programs, accelerate growth metrics focusing on sales and distribution. The Team Leader will provide guidance to a working group, monitor team member efforts, and ensure efficient task completion with proper resource utilization. Key responsibilities include developing business strategies, creating a culture of success, managing sales teams, hiring and building new teams, defining optimal sales force structures, and coordinating sales training programs. The role also involves managing customer expectations, driving customer satisfaction, defining sales processes, educating merchants on EDC (Swipe machine) benefits, and managing their accounts. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to aggressively manage sales strategy execution and work independently or collaboratively.
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in Distribution sales (fintech, banking, EDC sales)
- Develop plans and strategies for business development
- Manage sales teams and resources
- Hire and build new teams
- Manage customer expectations and satisfaction
- Educate merchants on EDC benefits and manage accounts
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage sales strategy execution
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
