The Leadership Support Specialist will provide comprehensive support to the CEO and leadership team. Responsibilities include preparing briefing documents and reports, identifying process inefficiencies and recommending improvements, representing the organization at external events, and acting as a liaison between the leadership team and other departments. This role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and reporting abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing diverse teams. A Bachelor's and Master's degree are required, along with 4-7 years of experience in a similar role. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
