Responsibilities
Your Daily Life at Bethesda Game Studios
As Live Producer, you will...
Monitor and manage the health of live Bethesda Game Studios mobile titles
Manage scheduling, testing, deployment, and communication of game updates and hotfixes
Manage 1st party portals (Android and iOS) for promotion and publishing of updates.
Manage the setup and promotion of sales and events including working with community and marketing/PR
Collaborate with QA, Community, and Customer Service to triage issues found in the live environments
Prioritize department initiatives based on data driven decision making
Communicate product health/status with the leadership group regarding product risks and challenges with solutions to address them
Manage external partner relationships working to make games updates and hotfixes
Qualifications
What Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
You have a minimum of 3 years of game production or equivalent experience
You are experienced in a position where you managed the operation of an online title or service
You have experience developing and publishing mobile games
You have demonstrated ability to plan, track, and deliver on complex, multi-disciplinary projects
You are familiar with cloud services and online game infrastructures
You possess exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
You are comfortable to communicate with senior management
You are familiar with cloud technologies and managing online services

You are experienced with Agile game development: Scrum, Kanban, Feature-driven development
You have experience in the following game disciplines: design, art, engineering, QA
You are familiar with Jira, Confluence, and the MS Office suite
You have worked with 1st party support services including GooglePlay and App Store Connect
You are familiar with deployment services such as Jenkins or Teamcity
You have experience as an on-call resource
You have strong familiarity with BGS console and mobile games
Salary Range
Live Producer - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $60,000 - $140,000 per year.
ZeniMax has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At ZeniMax certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, such as merit increases and discretionary bonuses. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.
