The Ad Sales Operations Manager at Warner Bros. Discovery leads a team providing sales support to the US Ad Sales team. Responsibilities include managing national business across linear networks, building relationships with agencies and internal departments (Pricing, Planning, Operations, etc.), ensuring timely responses to Ad Sales and client requests (flighting, revisions, allocations), and executing client orders across all linear platforms. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in internal systems (iDEAL), and experience managing teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of the advertising industry and excellent organizational abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Your New Role


The Ad Sales Operations – Manager Position at Warner Bros. Discovery is the management level role for providing sales support services to our US Ad Sales Team. The manager will perform functions and lead Sales Coordinators providing sales support to National & Direct Response Account Executives, Sales Planners, clients, and agencies regarding linear media on all assigned Networks at WBD. 

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Leadership of team responsible for maintaining National business across all US Linear Networks  
  • Establish strong business relationships and act as a liaison with advertising agency counterparts and internal WBD Ad Sales departments including Pricing, Planning & Operations, Linear Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Billing  
  • Ensure the AC team respond to all Ad Sales and client requests in a timely manner (flighting, revisions, allocations, added value, etc.). 
  • Ensure execution all client orders across all linear platforms, ensuring that they are approved in weekly programming and compliant with all client requirements. 
  • Support management in establishing culture and ways of working with team

Qualifications & Experience

  • Sr. Account Coordinator experience for 9+ months
  • Strong knowledge of internal system iDEAL 
  • Experience in managing a team 
  • Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional groups. 
  • High level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize. 
  • Learns and applies new information, concepts, and techniques in area of practice. 
  • Strong written and verbal business English
  • Great verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service skills 
  • Detail oriented and team player 
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with team members. 
  • Must be able and willing to provide overtime work when necessary 
  • Previous related experience is a plus
