What does your work look like?

As Manager Corporate Finance you are responsible for initiating and supervising merger and acquisition processes in the Dutch mid-market. You do this in close collaboration with the client and our fast-growing Dutch Corporate Finance team of more than 25 professionals. For this role it is essential that you have excellent Dutch language skills.

You analyze acquisition targets for customers or identify potential buyers. You know the dynamics of the market and on the basis of financial data you and your team make valuation analyzes and financial models that help in realizing transactions. You look at how details fit into the bigger picture. You approach various stakeholders and assist our clients in the negotiations and the design of the transaction. 

As a Manager from day one you are the main point of contact for the stakeholders within the process. You manage the internal project team and are the sparring partner of the director or partner of the Corporate Finance team. With your commitment you make a direct impact for your client.

Who are you?

As a Corporate Finance Manager, in addition to being responsible for various projects, you also have an eye for the development of your team and you like motivating and coaching people in their work. In addition, you maintain your network and you enjoy being actively engaged in expanding and increasing your business. You recognize yourself in this profile:

  • A completed university education;

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in cross-border M&A, for example at an investment bank, an M&A boutique, a "Big 4", within private equity or in a corporate development department of a multinational;

  • Experience in deal execution, acquisition and project management;

  • Experience in structuring a storyline, making presentations in PowerPoint and financial models in Excel;

  • Dutch and English speaking is a must.
