Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records through bookkeeping and account reconciliation.
• Support the team in invoice management, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
• Aid in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
• Conduct research and provide financial insights on budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline financial processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Help to manage and maintain an organized database of financial documents.

Key Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A passion for numbers and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
