Votre mission

L’équipe Early Careers recherche un(e) recruteur(se) pour soutenir l’embauche de stagiaires et d’étudiants en alternance en Amérique du Nord, avec un accent particulier sur le Canada. Cette personne offrira une expérience candidat exceptionnelle en veillant à ce que les entretiens et les programmes de stages soient équitables, complets et agréables.

  • Gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement pour les stages et les programmes coopératifs pour les équipes basées au Québec et à Montréal, et apporter un soutien à d’autres emplacements si nécessaire.

  • Être la principale source d'information pour les futurs stagiaires et les nouveaux diplômés tout au long du processus d'entretien et d'intégration : communiquer le statut, répondre aux questions, planifier les dates de début et coordonner les suivis.

  • Être le point de contact principal, conseiller(ère) et expert(e) en la matière pour vos parties prenantes (managers et dirigeants) ainsi que pour les partenaires RH concernant les processus de recrutement universitaire et les programmes de stages.

  • Planifier, organiser et exécuter divers événements de recrutement en ligne et en présentiel sur les campus (présentations, réceptions, événements de clubs, réseautage, entretiens), pour garantir une expérience d'engagement candidat de qualité.

  • Traduire des documents, enquêtes et correspondances de l’anglais vers le français et inversement.

  • Gérer l’expérience stagiaire pendant l'été ainsi que les évaluations de performance en partenariat avec les managers pour les reconversions en postes à temps plein.

  • Organiser des données qualitatives et quantitatives pour appuyer la stratégie et améliorer les processus.

  • Atteindre les objectifs de recrutement avec efficacité de processus pour un impact à grande échelle.

  • Gérer l’ensemble des flux de travail et communications candidats dans nos plateformes CRM, ATS et événements, pour une collaboration d’équipe transparente.

  • Agir en tant qu’ambassadeur(drice) de la vision et des objectifs de notre équipe.
     

Profil du candidat

  • Plus de 2 ans d’expérience en recrutement technique et/ou en recrutement universitaire.

  • Excellente communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.

  • Bonne connaissance des processus de recrutement universitaire au Canada.

  • Expérience dans la mise en place et le développement de relations avec des établissements d’enseignement supérieur.

  • Fort esprit d’équipe et éthique professionnelle ; ce poste implique une coordination et une collaboration importantes avec divers collègues, départements et parties prenantes.

  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, et volonté d’apprendre et d’utiliser des systèmes informatisés (HRIS, ATS, CRM, outils de planification, de sourcing et de communication).

  • Capacité à utiliser la technologie pour gagner en efficacité.

  • Capacité à représenter Activision positivement sur les campus et auprès de toute la population universitaire.

  • Grand souci du détail.

  • Utilisation de données pour orienter les recommandations et les décisions.

  • Orienté(e) résultats, avec une forte propension à l’action.

  • Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle et ouverture à la coordination d’événements virtuels et en personne réunissant de 30 à 500 participants.

  • Disponibilité pour se déplacer lors d'événements en personne si nécessaire.

This contract role is expected to begin and continue as a remote position in Canada. 

 

Your Mission 
The Early Careersteam is looking for a Recruiter to support internship and co-op hiring in North America with an emphasis in Canada. They will provide a top-of-class candidate experience by facilitating a fair, comprehensive, and enjoyable interview and program experience for internships and co-ops. 

  • Own full cycle recruitment process for early careers internships/co-ops for Quebec and Montreal based teams and flex to support other locations as needed. 

  • Serve as main information resource for potential interns and new grads throughout the interviewing and onboarding process -- communicate status, answer questions, schedule start dates, and coordinate all follow-up efforts. 

  • Serve as main contact, advisor, and subject matter expert to your stakeholders (hiring managers and business leaders) and HR business partners on the university recruitment and internship programming processes. 

  • Plan, organize, and execute various virtual and in-person organization and campus recruiting events including presentations, receptions, club events, networking, and interviews to provide a top-notch candidate engagement experience. 

  • Translate documents, surveys, and correspondence from English to French and vice versa. 

  • Own summer internship experience engagement and performance evaluations in partnership with managers for full-time conversions. 

  • Organize qualitative and quantitative data to inform on and support strategy and improvements on process.  

  • Execute recruitment objectives with process efficiency resulting in large scale effectiveness. 

  • Manage all candidate workflow and communications in our CRM, ATS, and Events platforms for team collaboration and transparency. 

  • Act as ambassador of our team’s vision and goals. 

Player Profile 

  • 2+ years of previous experience in technical recruiting and/or campus recruiting. 

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication in French and English. 

  • Familiarity with Canadian university hiring processes. 

  • Experience establishing and organizing relationships with institutions of higher learning. 

  • Strong teamwork and ethics; this position will involve substantial coordination and collaboration with many different teammates, departments, and stakeholders. 

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the ability and willingness to learn and utilize computer-based systems and platforms (HRIS, ATS, CRM, scheduling, sourcing, and communication tools)  

  • Utilizes technology for efficiency.  

  • Able to represent Activision positively on campus and with all parts of the academic population. 

  • Attention to detail. 

  • Uses data to drive recommendations and decisions. 

  • Results oriented, with bias to action. 

  • Strong customer service skills and open to coordinating virtual and in-person events with 30 to 500 attendees. 

  • Open to traveling to in-person events if available.
