Position Summary

Support for the Director of Licensing will include, but is not limited to, the following functions:

• Serve as the Licensing lead on behalf of Director of Licensing during vacation/PTO
• Manage product development and approvals for all digital Lottery Licensed Product (LP),  including SG and/or 3rd party vendors
• Maintain SG’s asset and approval management system (SGZONE) to ensure all brand assets and guidelines are current
• Communicate guidelines and asset needs to all clients as well as their respective agencies or vendors
• Have the ability to balance and occasionally arbitrate requirements (the ‘wants’ vs. the ‘needs’) between licensees and licensors
• Manage SGZONE accounts, including registration for new users
• Establish relationships with internal creative team and liaison to improve efficenicy and consistency for proactive and live game designs
• Assist with new marketing materials and brand presentations, as well as maintaining existing materials for ongoing support
• Distribute all Lottery LP project request forms and work with various stakeholders to ensure information is accurate for the SGZONE and MAP
• Enhance and/or amend project management process to improve efficiencies and consistency.
• Provide general support to internal and external clients with daily inquiries
• Work efficiently under tight timelines

Support for the Manager of Sales will include, but is not limited to, the following functions:

• Serve as Licensing lead on behalf of Manager of Sales during vacation/PTO
• Manage weekly LP project tracker (and occasionally the weekly meeting) which provides regular reporting on all Lottery LP games in all stages of production
• Distribute and file all executed licensing agreements
• Obtain contract signatures with appropriate personnel as needed
• Draft term sheets for licensor review and approval
• Provide assistance with the drafting and review of LP contracts as needed
• Establish new vendor set up for Licensors as well as coordinate applicable contract payments

The successful candidate must be:

• Detail oriented, and particularly able to be detail oriented with both creative materials and text/legal materials
• Have strong communication skills
• Multi-Tasker
• Team player
• Enthusiastic about working in the lottery industry
• Proficient with the Office suite of products, particularly Powerpoint
• 5+ years in Lottery industry (preferred but not required)
