Job Description

The Manager, Owned Media (Web & Social) at Disney Plus will be responsible for planning and executing brand and content promotions using official Disney Plus social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). This includes creating social media plans and posting content for various streaming works. Responsibilities extend to managing and operating Disney Plus's official YouTube and Disney's official channels, including content management. The role requires developing, implementing, analyzing, and reporting on strategies for YouTube channel growth. Creating content for the channel, localizing overseas content, and managing related tasks are also crucial. The position involves planning, operating, executing, and analyzing streaming events leveraging the YouTube channel. The successful candidate will create and execute plans to cultivate the Disney, Star Wars, Marvel brands and Disney Plus content on YouTube. This includes the creation and management of short-form videos for use across owned media, specifically on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, requiring US approvals and associated administrative tasks. The role demands effective internal and external communication, management, negotiation, and approval processes.

Must have:

Experience in planning and executing social media promotions for content
Experience managing official corporate/brand social media accounts
Experience with YouTube channel management and content planning
Experience in planning, producing, and managing video production
Deep understanding of branding and ability to manage social accounts accordingly
English communication (written and verbal) with international teams, report writing
Content planning and marketing skills

Good to have:

Familiarity with TikTok algorithms and success stories
Experience managing vendor operations

YouTubeチャンネルを活用したDisney／Star Wars／Marvel等のブランド及びディズニープラス作品育成のための企画立案～実行

短尺動画の制作とOwned Mediaへの活用

主にYouTubeとTikTok、Instagramで使用する短尺動画の企画・制作・US承認およびそれに関する各種業務
-業務に必要な社内外とのコミュニケーション・管理・交渉・承認作業
-Owned Media（公式YouTubeチャンネル／各SNSアカウント）への効果的な横展開

必須条件:

コンテンツ（作品・サービスなど）の、SNSを活用したプロモーションを企画～実行した経験がある方。
公式SNS（企業やブランドの公式アカウント）運用の経験がある方
YouTubeチャンネル運営とYouTubeコンテンツプランニングの経験がある方
動画の企画・制作とその制作管理の経験のある方
ブランディングを深く理解し、ブランディングに沿った熟練したソーシャルアカウント管理ができる方
海外担当部門との英語での口頭・文書でのコミュニケーション、英語でのレポート作成の可能な方
コンテンツプランニングとマーケティングスキルの双方持っている方

TikTokのアルゴリズムや成功事例に精通している方
運用ベンダーの管理経験がある方
