We are looking for a Manager, Technical Education to join our global Education team located in the East Coast - Remote, reporting to the senior manager of Technical Education. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of educational content, from conception to implementation and beyond. You will provide leadership, structure, and guidance to the content development team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing, successful and innovative organization. What you’ll do: 

  • Manage and mentor the curriculum development team
  • Lead curriculum development projects
  • Conduct needs assessments and market research to develop and implement content development and learning assessment strategies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the existing curricula and refine/revise as required
  • Work alongside and integrate with other learning development teams to reuse and upcycle content, reducing time to market
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate digital learning initiatives into broader organizational strategies
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital learning and instructional design

What you’ll bring: 

  • 4+ years of experience leading a content development team, preferably in high-tech or fast-paced environment
  • Experience implementing instructional design and adult learning theory
  • Excellent relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Ability to convey complex information, present compelling recommendations to leadership, and keep everyone informed through clear, concise reports and presentations
  • Ability to drive impactful meetings, ensuring everyone's perspective is heard and goals are achieved. Your voice champions customer needs, bridging divides and securing buy-in for winning results
  • Ability to use feedback and provide data-driven insights, translating into actionable improvements for the curriculum and overall educational experience
  • Flexible, patient, and open-minded attitude
  • Ability to maintain your composure and sense of humor in high-pressure situations
  • Solid organizational skills and priority-driven focus
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, engineering, information technology, or related field 

After six months, you will…

  • Identify issues and improvements with current content development tools, processes, and procedures
  • Establish positive relationships with your counterparts within other education/enablement teams in Infoblox

After about a year, you will…

  • Implement improvements to content development tools, processes, and procedures
  • Work with other education/enablement teams, identifying overlaps in development and determine ways to repurpose education content reducing time to market
