ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Market Intelligence, you’ll play a key role in supporting analysis efforts that shape our internally developed games and strategically position them for launch. This includes researching macro gaming trends, conducting micro-genre teardowns, and assisting with audience sizing validations. You’ll collaborate closely with publishing and game teams to contribute meaningful insights.

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE

  • Assist in building market validation frameworks that provide early-stage data on the viability of game concepts.
  • Support the collaboration with partner teams specializing in User Acquisition Testing, User Research/Playtesting, and Market Intelligence.
  • Help create templates and reports to keep leadership informed about market trends.
  • Work with raw data to deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support partnerships with data intelligence providers, helping manage communications and deliverables.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • A curious and experimental mindset, eager to explore and support new data-gathering techniques.
  • Some familiarity with validation practices (e.g., user acquisition, user testing, or market intelligence) and an interest in performance marketing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams.
  • A willingness to absorb feedback from teams and contribute to validation and assessment methods based on that input.
  • A foundational understanding of gaming distribution, marketing, community, or product strategies.
  • Dedication to providing clear, accurate, and actionable insights.
  • An enthusiasm for learning and staying ahead of market trends to develop your skills and understanding of the gaming industry.
