Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams across full product development and deployment project lifecycle for conceptualization, build, launch, and growth of new technology-driven products, services, or features by understanding the needs of the product users.
Prioritize product issues or problems and continuously build and adjust based on feedback from internal and external customers.
Provide strategic technical product roadmap management and leadership for the development and execution of strategies, leveraging technical and technology-oriented business background to ensure seamless strategic synergy between internal technical team and business stakeholders.
Lead stakeholder discussions to define project scope, collect technical and functional business requirements, and write functional and technical specifications to drive design and development discussions.
Analyze complex technologies and use cases to produce meaningful technical development insights that drive product development and influence product development roadmap.
Coordinate and contribute to the design, build, and presentation of proof-of-concept experiments based on use cases to evaluate end-to-end user experience.
Manage the planning, design and development of methodologies, tools and systems for data collection and data analysis ensuring metrics and reports are targeted towards continuous product development, innovation, improvement, and optimization.
Prepare and deliver detailed and effective project status information to broad and diverse groups of stakeholders, ensuring alignment and attention to timeline, risk, obstacles, needs, restrictions, and budget.
Align cross-functional teams consisting of developers, designers, researchers, marketers, data scientist, and operations to deliver a shared goal and set of metrics.

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following skills:
Conducting user research, competitor analysis, and market science analysis, including interviewing customers, gathering survey questionnaires, and designing UX surveys to validate and analyze customers' needs and transforming them into product requirements;
Designing A/B test to run experiment and confirm the potential impact of a new product feature and designing business value metrics to track feature performance;
Analyzing data related to user behavior, model performance, and revenue impact to identify potential improvement of a product, and designing user adoption funnel to detect user journey frictions;
Utilizing Product Opportunity Evaluation Matrix and Customer Journey Map to analyze customer requirements;
Providing end-to-end enterprise and business-to-business product management, including coordinating cross-functional, geographically distributed business and technical teams for product and growth strategy, competitive positioning, RoI estimate, and revenue generation; and
Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
Travel Requirement: Requires international travel up to 20%.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $280987 - $414000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
