About your role

We are the Marketing team, and we are looking for a Marketing analyst who will help the User Acquisition team scale effective advertising spending.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborating closely with UA and creative teams from the analytics perspective to optimize the acquisition of a well-targeted audience for the mobile version of Hero Wars.
• Assisting in the analysis of product features and their impact on marketing purchases
• Finding custom events to increase the effectiveness/volume of traffic purchases
• Maintaining the current system for forecasting user LTV by segments
• Creating a backlog of ideas for future plans and implementing them regularly
  
  

We hope that you have

• Understanding of the User Acquisition specifics (traffic structure, attribution, etc.)
  High level of autonomy and strong soft skills for effective communication with stakeholders
  Ability to work with data in Python (basic libraries) and SQL (ClickHouse, Airflow)
• Cases in marketing analytics that have led to significant growth for UA
• Ability to evaluate the financial results of project implementation
• Experience with A/B testing
• Intermediate + English language skills

• General knowledge of ML, working with algorithms
• Experience with Tableau and Airflow
