We're looking for a driven and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our team and help shape the next phase of our growth.


Job Overview

The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing campaigns for our clients. This role is essential in ensuring our clients’ brands reach their target audiences effectively. You’ll lead a talented team across content, creative, and digital strategy, reporting directly to the Director. We’re seeking someone with a passion for team leadership, innovative marketing strategies, and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client goals, ensuring a consistent brand message and successful execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of marketers, ensuring alignment with company and client goals. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to drive performance.
  • Content Oversight: Collaborate with the content and creative teams to maintain high-quality output that aligns with brand standards and client expectations.
  • Digital & Social Media: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, paid campaigns, and SEO, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling client communications, setting expectations, and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze marketing metrics and provide actionable insights. Prepare regular reports to assess campaign success and inform future strategies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
