Job Description

Voodoo seeks a Marketing Video Artist to create engaging mobile video ads. Responsibilities include video editing, content creation using After Effects (3D software skills a plus), competitor benchmarking, innovative experimentation, performance analysis, collaboration within a creative team, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives. The role requires fluency in English, a deep understanding of the mobile gaming market (especially hyper-casual and casual games), and at least one year of relevant experience.

Must have:

Proficient in video editing and content creation
Expert in After Effects
Understanding of marketing performance
Fluent in English
1+ year experience in similar role
Familiar with mobile gaming market

Good to have:

3D software skills (Unity)
Creative mindset

Team

Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP).

Role

Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people
Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas
Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why
Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities
Have the opportunity to cover different product scopes (e.g., hyper casual, hybrid, casual)
Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g., testing new tools)

Profile

Fully proficient with video editing and content creation
Expert in After Effects - Nice to have: 3D softwares and/or Unity
Creative and have a hacker mindset
Understand how your creations drive marketing performance
Fluent in English, both oral and written
At least 1+ year of experience in a similar role
Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual
