Responsibilities include working on all stages of the software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment), designing and developing features for real estate web applications using Node.js, Terraform, GraphQL, Nest.js, and AWS services. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, code reviews, unit testing, performance improvement, staying updated with latest technologies, and embracing a DevOps mindset are crucial. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Node.js and AWS development, with a solid understanding of web development best practices.

This role involves building and maintaining robust data streams, performing complex data transformations, and ensuring seamless data processing using cutting-edge AWS cloud technologies such as Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and Fargate.
Responsibilities
Work on all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Design and develop features for our real estate web applications using Node.js, Terraform, GraphQL, Nest.js, as well as AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and Fargate. (React, and Next.js as a plus)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the application features meet customer needs and business objectives.
Actively participate in code reviews, unit testing, and other team activities to ensure the quality of the code.
Continuously improve the performance and scalability of the system.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and development practices, and apply them to our projects as appropriate.
Embrace a DevOps mindset, taking ownership of the entire software development process from code development through to production deployment and maintenance.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Node.js and AWS development, with a solid understanding of web development best practices.
Strong experience in building scalable and high-performance web applications using Node.js, Terraform, GraphQL, Nest.js ( React, and Next.js as a plus), as well as AWS - services such as Elasticsearch, Aurora PostgreSQL, and Redis.
Experience with Java programming language is a plus
Proficiency in using NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB.
Experience in working in an Agile development environment and with Scrum methodology.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment, with an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
