Job Description
This is a full-time New Media Business position located in Shenyang. The role focuses on talent acquisition and management within the live-streaming industry. Responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting potential live-streamers and influencers across various platforms, expanding recruitment channels, negotiating contracts, managing existing talent relationships, and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will have experience in streamer recruitment, a strong understanding of the live-streaming industry, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be highly adaptable and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

岗位职责：
① 主播挖掘：在全平台寻找并挖掘潜力网红/艺人，更新公司主播团队，招募到符合团队发展阶段的主播。
② 渠道拓展：开拓并维护招募渠道，为公司挖掘优质主播资源。
③ 签约合作：与潜在主播沟通、评估，达成签约，完成KPI。
④ 日常管理：管理已签约主播，维护良好关系，提供支持。
职位要求
岗位要求：
① 教育背景：统招大专及以上学历，具备主播招募经验者优先。
② 行业认知：了解直播行业，热爱直播事业。
③ 能力素质：学习能力强，抗压能力好，沟通协调能力强。
