Location and Time:


This role will be at our Kolkata office near Eco Space, New Town. This is an onsite role. (Pick and Drops are provided)


The Timing of shift will be in US Central Time Shift.

Our shift time : 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.(Night Shift, Fixed/No Rotations)


Job Description:

The Recruitment Coordinator creates and nurture long-term cordial relationships with candidates as well as internal stakeholders. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure candidates are satisfied with the recruiting process and all open roles are fulfilled in a timely manner. You should be an excellent communication who’s able to build strong relationships across departments and with potential candidates.


Responsibilities:


The ultimate objective of this role is: maintaining successful partnerships with candidates, Internal Stakeholders and Recruiters and understanding the business need to drive revenue.

Identify and understand client’s requirements based on Practice Lead’s/Sales Teams inputs.

Work in conjunction with Recruiters to fulfill client’s requirements.

Coordinate applicant interviews with subject matter experts and clients and prep/debrief applicants before and after interviews.

Facilitate placement of candidates in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions.

Assist with facilitation of reference verifications, background checks.

Maintaining a cordial relationship with candidates, giving timely feedback.

Communicate with Practice Leads, Sales Team and Account Managers in US and build strong relationships.

Explore various tools to recruit quality candidates.

Recruit candidate and creating pipeline for various internal positions

Quickly and calmly resolve issues as they arise.

Prep and distribute minutes for attended meetings.

Maintaining reports for various activities like, submission report, interview vis -a – vis rejection report, client interview, and present reports as and when required.


Required Education, Experience and Skills:


Attention to detail; organization, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to collaborate and partner cross-functionally to ensure customer success.

Proven track record of success within sales and/or customer relationship management.

Demonstrated experience building, following, and improving upon processes and metrics-based activities.

Strong problem solving and rapport building skills to move towards mutually agreeable solutions

Experience working with Microsoft Office and other web-based technologies daily.

Expected years of experience: 1+ years of relevant experience
