Job Description

The Partner Development Manager will join the MSP team. This role involves growing the existing MSP partner base by developing and executing joint business plans. The manager will use communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with partners and collaborate with internal teams to increase monthly revenue and ensure proper after-sales service. This role is crucial to boost sales and contribute to long-term business growth. The job duties include engaging with existing MSP partners through calls and emails, developing partner business plans and driving partner alignment, identifying client needs, suggesting appropriate products/services and growing business opportunities with partners.
Must have:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in partner/channel sales
  • BA/BS degree; or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and MRR revenue goals
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

The Partner Development Manager will join the MSP team and report to the Manager of Partner Development. You will play a critical role in growing our existing MSP partner base by developing and executing against joint business plans. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with our partners and work cross-functionally with internal teams to increase monthly revenue.  You will also ensure proper after-sales service. What you’ll be working on:   
 
  • Engage with existing MSP partners through high volume of calls and emails.  
  • Develop partner business plans and drive partner alignment.  
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively grow business opportunities with partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Channel and Partner Enablement to deliver successful results.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships.
 What you bring to the role:   
 
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in partner/channel sales.
