Payroll Specialist

The Wow

As our Payroll Specialist, you’ll own the end-to-end payroll process in Argentina. You’ll work closely with external providers, Finance, and HR teams to ensure every payslip is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. Your responsibilities will include:

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

• Collecting, validating, and preparing monthly payroll data
• Coordinating with our external payroll provider
• Managing systems like “Tu Recibo” and “Onvio System”
• Handling benefits, deductions, and legal withholdings
• Acting as the go-to person for employee payroll questions
• Supporting audits and delivering timely payroll reports and analysis

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in payroll management (Argentina mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of local tax and labor legislation
• detail-oriented with great organizational and communication skills}
• Team player who can collaborate across Finance & HR
• Location: Argentina – Hybrid work model
