Job Description
The Middle Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This includes defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables; developing detailed project plans with timelines and milestones; and identifying stakeholders. The role involves regular communication with stakeholders, addressing concerns, and providing project progress updates. The manager will also conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and create documentation. They will manage development tasks, control project scope, and lead project closure meetings.
Must have:
- 2+ years of Project Management experience in software development.
- Advanced English and Russian language proficiency (C1 level).
- Experience managing software development lifecycles.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of the technologies used by development teams.
- Programming skills and knowledge of development environments.
- Experience running workshops and training sessions.

Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Project Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
About Product:
SOFTSWISS Casino Platform
Full-service modular software platform to manage online casino operations
Key responsibilities:
- Regularly communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Developing communication plans to keep all parties informed of project progress
- Addressing concerns and providing updates on project progress
- Defining the project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Developing a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, dependencies functional specifications, and technical requirements
- Identifying stakeholders and establishing communication channels, working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements
- Сonducting a feasibility study and risk assessment for the project, creating a risk management plan and mitigation strategies
- Working with projects in collaboration with legal, tech teams, etc.
- Creating and maintaining project documentation (according to the company’s procedures), including project plans, requirements, design specifications, and progress reports
- Ensuring all documentation is accessible and organized
- Via monitoring systems tracking project progress, identifying issues, and ensuring adherence to the project plan
- Managing all development process tasks, and controlling the project’s scope and timeframes
- Conducting a project closure meeting to review achievements, lessons learned, and areas for improvement
- Documenting the project's success and areas for improvement for future reference
- Conducting kick-off and demo sessions about SOFTWISS products
- Working on 4 projects simultaneously
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Experience needed:
- 2+ years experience working as a Project Manager and/or Team Manager in a software development company
- Advanced English and Russian level (C1)
- Experience managing a development team in a full software development lifecycle from requirements to delivery
- Understanding major principles and methodologies of project/delivery management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills Professional Project Management/Agile certifications
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the technologies used by software development teams
- Programming skills and knowledge of development environments
- Experience in running/organizing workshops and training sessions will be a plus
