The People Systems Analyst will support the day-to-day functionality of people systems, ensuring high-quality support, resolving user queries, and continuously improving the system. Responsibilities include configuring Workday, documenting processes, testing, and ensuring system security. Collaboration with stakeholders (Finance, Legal, HR, etc.) is crucial. The role involves implementing new Workday features, developing expertise in global business processes, and troubleshooting issues. Providing excellent customer service, resolving user problems, auditing data, and training stakeholders are key aspects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time management abilities. The role requires Workday expertise and a bias for action to improve processes and systems, making them faster and more efficient. This position focuses on enhancing the Workday experience for all users.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Workday certification (Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, or Absence Management)
  • 2+ years Workday administration/implementation/configuration experience
  • System configuration, documentation, testing, and security
  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills
Good to have:
  • Experience configuring SaaS HR systems
  • Global HR and Payroll experience
  • Ability to work across geographies and regulatory environments

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Workday certification in one of the following modules: Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation or Absence Management.
  • 2 years of experience in Workday administration, implementation, or system configuration.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience configuring SaaS HR systems.
  • Experience in Global HR and Payroll (e.g., HCM administration).
  • Ability to work across geographies and different regulatory environments.
  • Ability to analyze and understand problems and their resulting dependencies.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and multitasking skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,500-$125,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day functionality of the people systems and responsibility for high-quality support, user queries resolution and continuous improvement of the system.
  • Deliver specific system processes, including configuration, documentation, testing and security with cooperation and communication with relevant stakeholders (i.e. Finance, Legal, Business HR, Staffing, Corporate Engineering).
  • Provide Workday expertise and configuration development for implementing new features to internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Continue to develop and share understanding of Workday global business processes in order to predict downstream implications of issues and system changes and allow for effective troubleshooting.
  • Provide customer-friendly handling and resolution of user inquiries, questions, and problems, auditing of process data, analysis and resolution of problems and special cases, training and communication with Operations, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders.
