Job Description

1. Responsible for the process improvement and iteration of the project management tool Feishu Project in the business team, and deeply cooperate with the project management tool team and the R&D DevOps tool team to continuously optimize the tool to help improve R&D efficiency; evaluate and promote efficiency improvement tools (automated testing/DevOps/AI-assisted development);

2. Responsible for the construction of the project management data system in the competitive project center, identifying and improving R&D process problems, and implementing improvement plans in conjunction with Feishu Project; responsible for the construction of the R&D efficiency measurement system, including collecting business requirements, designing and improving efficiency measurement indicators, guiding the R&D team to build a measurement platform, and continuously improving the efficiency of measurement analysis work;

3. Participate in the entire process of efficiency requirement research, product design, document compilation, development follow-up, functional testing, user feedback, and iterative optimization;

4. Promote automated testing strategies, optimize build and deployment processes, reduce release risks, and promote root cause analysis;

5. Understand industry trends and technological innovations, focus on improving efficiency throughout the R&D process, and promote the optimization and upgrade of tools and systems throughout the R&D lifecycle.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 4+ years of R&D project management/Scrum Master/DevOps experience; 2+ years of experience in the gaming industry, familiar with mobile game R&D processes;

2. Possess a certain R&D and data analysis background, capable of using SQL language and other data extraction tools;

3. Practiced agile development and customized optimization; familiar with DevOps toolchains (CI/CD/Docker/K8s/cloud platforms); able to drive improvements with data;

4. Good cross-team communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; good at systematic thinking and strong pressure resistance;

5. Strong user awareness, able to examine, discover, and quickly solve problems from a user's perspective;

6. Bonus points: Technical background; holding PMP or Scrum certifications, with some understanding of AI-related technologies.
