Job Description

As a Principal Technical Program Manager at NVIDIA, you'll lead multiple complex programs/projects in Automation & AI and Enterprise applications within corporate IT. Responsibilities include developing roadmaps, managing budgets and resources, identifying dependencies, and communicating project updates to stakeholders. You'll collaborate with engineering leaders, senior IT leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions. Strong technical expertise in AI (Generative AI, AIOps, SecOps), Agile execution, and data analytics is essential. The role requires navigating a fast-paced environment, managing priorities, and ensuring timely execution.

Job Details

As the Principal TPM (Technical Program Manager) leader in our global IT PMO team, you will provide oversight on various Automation and AI, Enterprise applications programs/projects including new technology solutions within corporate IT. You will clarify and challenge objectives, develop roadmaps, assess the complexity and risks, unblock as needed, and partner with highly skilled technical resources to deliver quality solutions with agility and speed. In partnership with senior IT leaders, you will be responsible for global execution of your programs, ensuring consistency and timely execution in line with our PMO processes. Inspect and assess programs’ health; provide input for corrections needed or help raise up issues for quick resolution. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead multiple, concurrent complex programs or projects. 

  • Reimagine solutions in collaboration with the Engineering leaders in this space. 

  • Develop the roadmap and drive the execution of Automation & AI, Enterprise apps programs and projects 

  • Work with project owners to identify project scope, define success criteria, build and manage project budget, and outline resource requirements. 

  • Identify, Manage multi-functional dependencies. 

  • Communicate with stakeholders regularly to manage expectations and to provide project updates on scope, budget, and velocity. 

  • Involve project steering committee for guidance and key decisions. 

  • Interact and collaborate with multi-functional teams and different org levels. 

  

What we need to see: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related technical subject area (or equivalent experience) 

  • 15+ Years of IT experience, 10+ years of experience successfully leading technical programs in a fast paced, multifaceted, enterprise environment with at least 3-5 years’ experience program managing in the Automation and AI, Enterprise Apps space. 

  • Technical capability in AI concepts including Generative AI, AIOps, SecOps, Enterprise search products. 

  • Agile execution expertise a must. 

  • Data Analytics and visualization experience a must. 

  • Proven track record of delivering solutions when needed, while navigating a fast-paced environment with frequent shift in priorities. 

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal/presentations. Ability to bridge from high-level objectives to project details and vice-versa. 

  • Ability to engage with IT & business leaders to unblock/advance projects as needed. 

  • Willingness to work with distributed team members across different time zones. 

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience building and delivering software products using AI/ML solutions.

  • Proven ability driving Cloud migration or managing large ecosystems in cloud.

  • Exposure to managing mission critical systems in production and driving operational excellence through SRE practices.

  • Analytical approach to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

The base salary range is 232,000 USD - 368,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
