Behaviour Interactive seeks a Production Manager for Immersive Experiences. This role oversees the entire production lifecycle of immersive projects, from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, sourcing external partners, coordinating internal teams, conducting risk analysis, developing compelling pitches, and providing insights on innovative production techniques. The ideal candidate has proven experience in location-based entertainment, interactive installations, or live events, along with expertise in interactive technologies and project management. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

In this role you will:
- Oversee the end-to-end production process for immersive experiences, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Foster strong client relationships by ensuring strategic and operational planning, while maintaining thorough communication throughout the production process.
- Source and manage external partners as needed.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal and external creative, technical, and operational teams, ensuring alignment and clarity on project goals.
- Conduct risk analyses regularly and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful development.
- Develop compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.
- Provide insights on innovative production techniques in immersive or live event entertainment and best practices to enhance project execution.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in production management within location-based entertainment, interactive installations, live events, or immersive experiences.
- Strong understanding of product development cycles, logistics, budgeting, and resource management.
- Expertise in interactive technologies and experiential design.
- Experience sourcing and managing external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
