Job Description

Paytm's Recharges and Utilities (R&U) team seeks a self-motivated Product Analytics Assistant Manager/Manager to build and lead a dedicated analytics team. Responsibilities include building data pipelines, dashboards, and reports for daily/real-time consumption; collaborating with PMs and stakeholders to define and track key metrics; running experiments to improve performance; mentoring the analytics team; and democratizing data insights to influence product and business decisions. The role involves working with tools like Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and SQL to support the growth of Paytm's R&U business, which encompasses mobile recharge, electricity bill payments, and other utility services.

Must have:

3+ years product analytics experience
Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI
Data pipeline building and data warehouse experience
Expert in Python & scripting languages
Experience building dashboards and reports
Hands-on SQL experience

About the team:

Recharges and Utilities is a core business for Paytm. It includes 20+ categories including mobile recharge, electricity bill payments, DTH recharge, cylinder booking, etc. It is a critical business to onboard, engage and retain users on Paytm.

About the role:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual within R & U Product team to build the product analytics charter. The individual in this role shall build and grow a dedicated analytics team within this lending product and collaborate with the central data & analytics teams for data & infra to support our product and business goals.

Responsibilities:

· Build a strong product analytics team to support this lending product & business goals

· Collaborate with central data & analytics platforms to build necessary pipelines, dashboards

· Collaborate with PMs & business stakeholders to understand the product & business metrics

· Build automated dashboards & reports for daily/real-time consumption needs

· Collaborate with PMs and business to hypothesize and validate them

· Collaborate with PMs to run experiments that help achieve metrics

· Mentor the analytics team

· Democratize insights, not just access to data

· Influence product & business decisions based on insights

Requirements:

· 3+ years of product analytics experience in product or services companies

· Experience with tools like Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI etc.

· Experience building data pipelines and working with data warehouses

· Expert skill in Python & other scripting languages

· Experience building canned visual dashboards and reports

· Hands on experience in SQL is Mandatory

· Python/R is desirable
