Job Description
As a Product Lead, Support in Bengaluru, you will deliver technology solutions to optimize YouTube's global support systems. This role ensures seamless user experiences for millions, boosting user loyalty. Responsibilities include defining and prioritizing the product backlog based on business value and customer needs, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories, leading sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the development team understands product goals, and executing releases with comprehensive documentation, training, troubleshooting, and support.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- 3+ years as product owner leading development teams
- Prioritize features and manage product roadmaps
- Translate business requirements into user stories
Good to have:
- Experience in customer support/service in tech
- Excellent technical aptitude and collaboration skills
- Data-driven mindset focused on UX and business outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- 3 years of experience as product owner and leading a development team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in prioritizing features and managing product roadmaps.
- Experience in customer support or service within the technology domain.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and product backlogs.
- Excellent technical aptitude skills with the ability to collaborate with engineers.
- Excellent data-motivated mindset with a focus on user experience and achieving business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
