    • Focus on reducing costs and boosting revenue for maximum profitability.

Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in product marketing or equivalent in the games industry.
    • Strong decision-making abilities with a focus on timely, informed choices.

    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Confident public speaker with experience presenting to varied audiences.
    • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Based in our office in Leamington Spa, following our hybrid model with 4 days per week on-site.
Compensation & Benefits: The design of our compensation and benefits revolves around a people-first philosophy. We have a supportive environment, with a strong focus on development and wellbeing. In structuring benefits across our offices, we adhere to core principles and align with local standards. Salaries are fairly benchmarked in accordance with background and skills, against industry and location standards.
