Key Accountabilities:
Accountable for the successful delivery to cost, specification and time for a defined package of work.
Establish, develop and maintain the documentation necessary to deliver the package of work and act as the focal point for all aspects related to the packages of work.
Provide information necessary to make management decisions to the key stakeholders.
Ensure the creation and management of an integrated set of plans / schedules and organize and chair schedule review meetings and report areas where executive decisions need to be made.
Develop / implement Project Management best practice in line with company management processes.
Provision of basic guidance to others regarding the Project Management processes and the operation of the project management systems / tools / methods.
Organize and chair schedule review meetings and report areas where executive decisions need to be made.
Contribution to the local Project Management Community of Practice.
Qualifications:
Good English and Chinese. Understand Chinese culture.
Bachelor degree (or plus) level qualification preferable or equivalent industry experience, like forging and machining, etc.
Able to work in an Integrated Project Team environment, experience of leading multi-function teams.
Member of a professional body and working towards a PMP or APM qualification or equivalent Good knowledge of metal fabrications (forging/casting and machining) process for Aerospace or Automotive industries (or relevant industries).
At least 5 years’ working experience
Good influence , stakeholder management & self- driven
Good Microsoft Excel skills
