Experience in the pharma industry is a plus.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Pharma experience is a bonus. Responsibilities
  • Networking & Relationship Building: As part of a wider agency group we will be working on projects with other agencies, it is important to actively build relationships with internal teams, agency partners, and industry peers become a trusted an valued resource for project delivery.
  • Planning and Scope Management: Defining project goals, scope, timelines, and resources. Working with the resource manager to define project teams.
  • Budget Management: Developing and controlling project budgets.
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks.
  • Progress Monitoring and Control: Tracking project progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicating with and managing expectations of stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Project Closure: Formalising project completion and documenting lessons learned. 
Requirements
  • Strong financial and budget management skills, ensuring projects meet financial targets while optimising resources effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team coordination.
  • A proactive problem solver who can navigate challenges, streamline processes, and solves problems throughout a project lifecycle.
  • Patient and persistent, with the ability to manage high-pressure situations, resolve challenges, and maintain strong relationships across teams.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities effectively.
  • Understanding of financial principles and budgeting processes.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable networking and representing the agency, building strong industry relationships and staying ahead of trends to drive opportunities.
  • Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of project management tools, methodologies and digital production workflows including interactive visual aids used within the pharma industry.
