Technical Account Managers are the primary contact for Varonis customers and the first line of defense for data. They provide onboarding, proactive ongoing value, and support. Successful Technical Account Managers are self-starters committed to continuous development, with strong technical acumen and customer service skills. Responsibilities include ensuring data protection, onboarding customers, ensuring customer success through health checks and training, preparing and delivering reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, learning new products, helping with renewals, serving as a primary technical contact, advocating for customers, and engaging with various organizational levels to identify and resolve technical issues. Also creating knowledge base content for customers and internal use.
