General Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic PC OEM Sales Account Manager, Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OEM and/or ingredient vendor environments, with a deep understanding of PC ecosystem dynamics. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record in sales and go-to-market strategies across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for OEM PC products.
•    Align and executing PC consumption programs with OEM’s across Americas region
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, Sales, Product and Marketing teams at the OEM.
•    Understand and navigate the ecosystem dynamics to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
•    Lead negotiations for deals with the channel representative to support he business and win as much business as possible for the OEM with Snapdragon based PCs.
•    Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement go-to-market plans.
•    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
•    Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.


Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
OR
•    Associate's degree and 7+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
OR
•    High school Diploma or equivalent and 9+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
•    11+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the PC OEM or ingredient vendor sectors.
•    Experience in developing GTM strategies and plans, and running a program office to ensure high quality execution across Qualcomm and Microsoft teams
•    Strategic Key Account Management Expertise, ability to build and nurture working level and executive level customer relationships & influence
•    Business and financial expertise to build long term business cases with clear ROI
•    Self-starter, must be resourceful and able to effectively operate in a complex, fast-paced environment
•    Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
•    Strong understanding of ecosystem dynamics and market trends.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•    Leadership: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, initiative oriented, recognized as a successful role-model who has demonstrated abilities to lead by influence
•    Collaboration and Influencing: The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to influence and work closely with a variety of constituencies, both internal and external, intra and inter BU, customers, partners, as well as the ability to develop and nurture strong organizational relationships based on mutual trust.
•    He/she will be a clear, open, and effective communicator across all levels of the organization with the ability to effectively interface with the most senior levels of management internally and externally, as well as influence and educate key internal leaders on trends
•    Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$164,800.00 - $247,200.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.  We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).  In addition, our highly competitive benefits package is designed to support your success at work, at home, and at play.
