Serve as the primary contact for all press, influencers, and promotion partners in Japan. Develop and execute communication campaigns to increase the recognition of Kojima Productions products, from announcement to release. Collaborate with external agencies, ensuring all tactics are globally aligned. Identify local and global trends to engage the story of Kojima Productions in a broader discussion, beyond games. Oversee the distribution of promotional assets, from planning to scheduling, creation, approval, and publication. Create communication copies for press-related campaign materials, such as press releases and internal newsletters. Closely collaborate with team members and agencies outside of Tokyo, maintaining global alignment in all outbound promotional activities. Assist social channel and website managers, developing content ideas for official channels. Report on the results of earned media campaigns regularly.
