Job Summary
Job Description
The Web Service PM is responsible for planning various web services, including events and game official websites. The main role is to maximize the brand experience of the game and build web services that strengthen connections with global users. They plan web services optimized for game launches, updates, and events, and successfully execute projects in collaboration with internal and external development teams. They will be planning game official websites and event websites, game and brand campaign pages, promotion sites and content, and improve and optimize websites based on UX/UI and data analysis.
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in planning event and brand campaign websites.
- Experience in successfully managing web projects with external vendors.
- Ability to manage communication, schedules, and costs with external developers.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (developers, designers, marketing, operations).
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Experience in web service performance analysis and A/B testing.
- Understanding of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API, etc.).
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- No issues with overseas travel.
Good to have:
- Experience building and operating web services related to global game launches.
- Experience in selecting and managing contracts with external vendors.
- Experience using data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum-based project management.
- Experience in SEO and web traffic optimization.
- Experience in multilingual websites and global service operations.
- Experience in user research and VOC analysis.
- Business English proficiency.

게임의 브랜드 경험을 극대화하고, 글로벌 유저와의 접점을 강화하는 웹 서비스를 구축하는 것이 주요 역할입니다.
게임 런칭, 업데이트, 이벤트 등에 최적화된 웹 서비스를 기획하고, 내부 개발팀 및 외부 개발사와 협력하여 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행합니다.

- 게임 공식 홈페이지 및 이벤트 웹사이트 기획
- 게임 및 브랜드 캠페인 페이지, 프로모션 사이트 기획 및 구축
- 게임 런칭 및 업데이트에 맞춘 프로모션 웹페이지 및 콘텐츠 기획
- UX/UI 및 데이터 분석을 기반으로 한 웹사이트 개선 및 최적화
- 외부 개발사와 협업하여 웹사이트 개발 및 운영 관리
- 개발, 디자인, 마케팅, 운영팀과 협업하여 프로젝트 관리 및 실행
- 글로벌 유저 대상의 지역별 웹 서비스 운영 및 최적화 전략 수립
- 서비스 성과 분석 및 핵심 지표(KPI) 관리

- 이벤트 및 브랜드 캠페인 웹사이트, 게임 공식 홈페이지 기획 경험 5년 이상
- 외주사와 협업하여 웹 프로젝트를 성공적으로 관리한 경험
- 외부 개발사와의 커뮤니케이션 및 일정, 품질, 비용 관리 능력
- 다양한 이해관계자(개발, 디자인, 마케팅, 운영)와 원활한 협업 능력
- JIRA, Confluence 등 프로젝트 관리 및 협업 툴 사용 경험
- 웹 서비스 성과 분석 및 A/B 테스트 실행 경험
- 기본적인 웹 기술(HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API 등)에 대한 이해
- 데이터 기반의 의사결정 및 문제 해결 능력
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
