Job Description

Aristocrat Interactive seeks a QA Team Lead to mentor team members, participate in recruitment (technical interviews, candidate assessment, onboarding), develop and execute test plans and scripts for games across various OS, track product issues, contribute to project status reports, reproduce bugs for developers, provide feedback for test improvement, and document bugs clearly. This role requires experience in QA for Client-Server products, meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments, QA methodology and defect management, version control, troubleshooting, web/mobile testing, and familiarity with tools like Fiddler. Technical skills in MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Selenium, HTML5, XML/JSON, and JavaScript are also essential. The position reports to the QA Manager and General Manager.

Must have:

QA experience in Client-Server products
Test plan/script development & execution
Defect management & troubleshooting
Web/mobile testing & compatibility
SQL, MongoDB, Selenium, HTML5, XML/JSON, JavaScript knowledge
Mentorship & recruitment participation

Good to have:

Experience with Fiddler or similar tools
Gaming/Casino industry knowledge

We are looking for a QA Team Lead to join our team. Full description of the position and requirements can be found below.

What You'll Do

I. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Mentorship of teammates regarding their professional development and assistance when they need help.

- Participation in recruitment process – leading of technical interviews, assessment of candidates, help with onboarding of new hires.

- Develop and execute test plans and test scripts for new and existing game themes and operating systems.

- Submit and track any product issues found during testing to ensure that they are resolved.

- Provide input to the project status report for each assigned project.

- Reproduce issues when necessary in order to assist software development in resolving issues.

- Provide feedback for continuous test improvement.

- Identify, isolate, and document bugs clearly and concisely in a bug tracker in English.

II. INFORMATION LINKS AND RELATIONSHIP

- Directly subordinate to the QA Manager and the General Manager

- In implementing the organizational capacity to carry out our links and relationships with all actors in the company

What We're Looking For

III.REQUIREMENT

- Experience working as a QA specialist/Engineer on a Client-Server product

- Ability to meet quick deadlines and deliver precise, effective results in a fast-paced work environment

- QA Methodology, planning and execution experience as well as defect managing experience.

- Version controlling experience

- Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills

- Understand basics of web based Mobile testing and responsive compatibility testing across various platforms (Android/iOS).

- Experience working with Fiddler or any network sniffer/tracing program

- Basic knowledge of the gaming & Casino industry

- Technical knowledge of the following:

MS SQL Server, MongoDB Selenium HTML5 XML/JSON JavaScript

- Fluency in English.
