Job Description

As a React Developer at Apexon, you'll produce high-quality, maintainable code, contribute to the design and development of complex software solutions, and collaborate effectively with client project teams. Responsibilities include partnering with client project teams and supporting the development of complex software solutions. You'll need 3+ years of commercial software development experience in JavaScript, proficiency in React, SVN/Git, Agile methodologies, and service-oriented architecture development. Experience with TDD/BDD and working in an Agile environment is crucial. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required. Knowledge of DevOps tools and financial services experience is a plus.

Role Description:

 

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

  • Producing high quality, maintainable code
  • Supporting in the design and development of complex software solutions
  • Partnering effectively with client project teams

 

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

  • 3+ years of commercial software development experience in JavaScript
  • A natural ability to mentor junior developers
  • React, SVN/Git, Agile methodologies
  • Service oriented architecture development
  • TDD/BDD
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Natural self-motivation with a passion for delivering excellence
  • Great communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Curiosity with an ongoing desire to develop and learn
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree / master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field
It would be great if you have:  
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools, e.g. Jenkins, Sonar and CI/CD principles
  • Financial Services and/or Software Consulting experience
